Jeph is a romantic guy; he'd do anything for that special girl, even if in the end they don't end up together. He wants people to be happy, even if he is miserable in the process. Jeph doesn't mind accepting a gift, but then he feels like he owes them something in return. He isn't one of those obsessive people in a relationship. He's slightly distant, actually. But he knows when to give a woman some space, and when to wrap his arm around her. It's sort of like a sixth sense, perhaps. Or maybe just one of his many cool features. Jeph is chock-full of them; you just have to look a bit harder to see it sometimes... Jeph has always been able to make friends well, and keep them too, along with the ability to build strong relationships. He's slightly shy and can sometimes be so much of a gentleman, that it's annoying.
